We agree the scope following a documentation review and site visit. We define responsibilities for deliveries, the sequence of works and inspections. In an occupied office, we plan phases, room access and working hours.
What can an office fit-out include?
Interior finishes
Ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery and coordination at the interfaces between finishes.
Building services coordination
Electrical and communications works, alongside HVAC and plumbing coordination.
Inspections and documentation
Quality checks, snag close-out and compilation of as-built documentation within the agreed scope.
What do we agree before starting?
The floor area and condition of the premises, finish specification, design completeness, landlord requirements and target occupation date. Occupied buildings also require agreement on noise restrictions and contractor access.

Can an office be refurbished while it remains occupied?
Yes, subject to agreed phasing, protection measures and access. We tailor the programme to office operations and the building manager’s requirements.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Location, floor area, drawings or a scope description, the required specification and timing. Where the design is incomplete, we agree assumptions and identify items needing clarification.
