Project delivery
management.

Programmes, teams, deliveries and decisions brought into one process. We manage delivery on the contractor’s side within an agreed scope of responsibility.

Discuss your project

Day-to-day control
of project delivery.

Delivery management means daily coordination of design information, contractors and available work areas. VOHO offers management support on commercial projects, including as a separate appointment without carrying out all construction works ourselves.

We agree reporting arrangements, decision-making responsibilities and change control. Our team can coordinate the full agreed project scope or selected packages, depending on the delivery model.

Delivery management scope

01

Programme and work areas

Sequencing works, coordinating dependencies between trades and monitoring room readiness.

02

Contractors and deliveries

Coordinating teams and tracking materials and items critical to the programme.

03

Decisions, risks and changes

Day-to-day coordination, design queries and reporting the delivery impact of changes.

04

Reporting and handover

Progress updates, quality monitoring, snag lists and coordination of final documentation.

Clear responsibility from the start

We define our relationship with the investor and main contractor, authority limits and responsibility for approving changes. We also agree reporting frequency, site presence and communication channels.

Current VOHO project: Primark Białystok

VOHO provides project management services for the Primark store at G City Biała in Białystok. This is a contractor-side management scope and does not mean that VOHO is the store’s main contractor.

Before we start

Practical questions.

Can management be a separate appointment?

Yes. VOHO can manage and coordinate an agreed delivery scope while other contractors carry out the construction works.

How is progress reported?

We agree the reporting scope and frequency at the start. Updates cover progress, decisions required, identified risks and matters affecting the programme.
