Retail fit-out requires construction, finishes and building services to be coordinated with brand standards. Equipment deliveries, access and landlord requirements must be considered alongside the works.
VOHO offers delivery and coordination of store and retail fit-out. Our scope can cover the entire unit or agreed work packages. Responsibilities are defined before mobilisation.

What affects the programme?
The condition at handover, design completeness, building manager approvals, material availability and equipment installation dates. We also agree delivery logistics, internal transport and permitted working hours.

Do you work in shopping centres?
Our services cover retail units in commercial buildings. Before starting, we agree access, transport, protection measures and working rules with the building manager and project team.
Can we appoint you solely to coordinate delivery?
Yes. Project management can be a separate scope, without appointing VOHO to carry out all construction works. Roles and responsibilities are defined in the contract.
